How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-15 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange through our website, provided the items are unused and have original tags.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, iTokri ships to over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
How should I care for my hand-loomed fabrics?
Hand-loomed and natural-dyed fabrics are delicate. We recommend dry cleaning for the first wash and subsequent gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergents to preserve the colors and texture.
